My very first post outlined the purpose of The Crimson Kayaker blog, but I felt that a couple of points bear repeating:
1. I will post my opinion, you are free to agree or disagree, but I won't apologize for having an opinion and expressing it. You may find an opinion to be offensive, you have the right to be offended and have a contrary opinion, but remember you are here voluntarily and don't have to read any of the posts. If you disagree that's fine, you will probably be wrong, but nevertheless.... The bottom line is that I won't refrain from posting anything.
2. Where possible I will try to refrain from using inappropriate language, but if it advances the story that's on the table too.
3. I tend to be a little sarcastic, watch for it.
